This summer, Lori graduated from San Jacinto Community College. She wanted to show her kids that it is never too late to continue education after high school, and what a role model she is to them. She celebrated her graduation alongside my nephew Raul. They both walked the stage this summer, and I couldn't be more proud.

Of course I had to get a shot of mom and son with their diplomas. What a wonderful accomplishment for them both.

The sunset that night was absolutely perfect!

The sweet bracelet her best friend got her as a graduation gift. I love it!

I spotted this location on her campus when we went to a ballerina recital for her BFF's daughter. It caught my eye on the way back to the truck and I immediately shouted in excitement, "WE HAVE TO SHOOT HERE!" She laughed and thought it was funny as she didn't see what I saw until I showed her the back of my camera. It was just so perfect.

Of course we had to get a close up grad portrait.
