I first worked with Quiana & Wesley for their maternity session in the garden, where we had so much fun with her two boys! You can view some of the gorgeous images from their shoot by clicking here. I was so looking forward to getting to meet baby Donovan at their newborn session! Quiana contacted us in her second trimester to schedule a maternity session (Raleigh Maternity Photographer). This would be her first one as she has two older boys who she didn't have portraits done while pregnant.
The number one question we are asked about newborn sessions is: “How do I schedule a newborn session when I don’t know when my baby will arrive?” When you schedule a newborn session with us, you are reserving a guaranteed spot on our calendar, not penciling in a specific date. This means we secure your due date and the weeks around it specifically for you so we do not overcommit to extra babies. You will contact us when your baby arrives to let us know, then we schedule the date from there based on information you give us about your baby’s weight, date of birth in relation to their expected due date, and any complications we should know about!
My style of photography is focused on your baby, so the colors I use are various shades of neutrals (white, cream, ivory, beige, and greige) and earthy tones (navy, olive, tan, and brown). I have carefully chosen colors that will work with a wide range of skin tones and go with any decor in your home now, and in the future.

Little Donovan came in and was full of personality! Just look how precious this little peanut is!! We definitely got some sweet baby snuggles with this handsome little man, and they were the best. It was such a joy working with Quiana and little Donovan.
